All personalized orders are processed within 7-10 business days (not including weekends and holidays). Personalized glassware is processed within 3 weeks. Personalized chocolate bars are delivered 3 weeks from day of order.
Shipping is an additional 1-6 business days (not including weekends and holidays).

IMPORTANT: All chocolate orders need to be shipped via Express during the warmer months (April thru October) after processing (signature is required for all chocolate orders). Please select express shipping at time of checkout. Shipping with no signature request is possible upon customer request, however, we are not responsible for packages shipped with no signature request.
We can not deliver to PO Boxes. We only ship to the United States & Canada.

RETURN POLICY FOR PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Personalized items, all chocolate and candy items, or orders made to order are non-refundable. We are not responsible if you provide the wrong date or misspell text, so please verify your dates and spelling of the text content very carefully. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a printing error, the product will need to be returned to us. All problems and requests for refunds must be communicated to us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will either reprint the customers order to their specifications, or refund their purchase price. If they pay with a credit card, we will "credit" their card for the amount of their purchase in a timely manner, or issue them a refund check if they paid by money order. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. In an effort to provide the best quality product, we reserve the right to modify our wrapper designs at any time without notification. All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid freight. No refunds are given past 30-days of purchase date.
RETURN POLICY FOR NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS
We will accept authorized returns as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. Due to our volume pricing policy, we cannot accept partial returns on favors (i.e. if you ordered 100 at the highest volume price, we cannot accept a return for 50 of them). All problems and requests for refunds must be communicated to us within 7 days of receiving the order. There is a 20% handling charge on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Your order must be returned in its originally boxed condition. Please contact us before doing so, so that we may give you return shipping instructions. If customers pay with a credit card, we will "credit" their card for the refund amount in a timely manner, or issue them a refund check if they paid by money order. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Defective products can be returned for replacement of the same exact product, without a restocking fee being assessed. All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid freight. No refunds are given past 30-days of purchase date.
